1985：

公司前身創建成立，屬于濟南市歷下區鐘樓寺街道辦事處（現為東門街道辦事處）集體企業。因與著名的秦皇島中國耀華玻璃公司所屬的工業技術玻璃廠有聯營協議，故注冊為中國耀華玻璃公司歷下經銷處。公司成立之時面積約50平方，員工20人，沒有任何機器設備，主要以簡單的鏡子和玻璃手工切割加工為主，兼營批發玻璃。這是公司的起步階段。

The company was established as a Chinese Yaohua Glass Compan Lixia distribution dep-artment. There was mainly a simple mirror and glass manual cutting  processing.

1996:

1996:

公司業務發展擴大，搬遷至花園路209號，面積約1000平方，員工50人。在發展成為當時濟南市最大的原片玻璃批發商的同時，公司開始向玻璃深加工領域探索，引進了國內先進的磨邊設備，這是公司開始進入機器深加工玻璃的階段。

With development of business, the com-panymoved to Huayuan Road. While being the largest original glass wholesalers in Jinan, Yaohua began to explore the filed of deep processing glass by introducing the edging machine and enter the period of deep processing glass.

2001:

公司由集體企業改制為民營企業，變更注冊為山東耀華玻璃有限公司，引進第一條臺灣同昌鋼化爐和第一條韓國韓太極中空玻璃生產線。這是進入鋼化中空玻璃的復合玻璃生產階段。

The company changed the name as Shandong Y aohua Glass Co., Ltd. At the same year,we introduced the first tempering furnace and insulating glass production line. Yaohua Glass entried the period for the produc tion of tempered and insulated compound glass.

2004:

公司進入快速發展期。公司在王舍人幸福柳工業園區建設現代化玻璃深加工標準廠房，占地面積2萬平方米，員工200余人，引進了全省第一條8米超大超寬平彎鋼化爐和夾層玻璃生產線，山東耀華公司樹立起當時中國北方市場超大超厚鋼化玻璃的領導地位。

The company entered a period of rapid growth.There were 200 employees and 20,000 square meters of production area.  

2008:

公司在開源路北新建現代化的節能玻璃工廠，面積2萬平米，引進芬蘭泰姆鋼化爐、瑞士百超全自動除膜切割機、瑞士百超全自動中空生產線等，專業生產高端節能LOW-E中空玻璃。國際出口業務迅猛增長，產品批量出口到世界各地，員工300余人。公司進入了現代化生產高端節能玻璃階段，躋身中國玻璃深加工企業的先進行列。

We have built a modern energy-saving glass factory, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. The company has introduced the Finnish quenching furnace, the Swiss 100 automatic stripping machine, the Swiss 100 automatic insulating glass production line and so on, specializing in the production of high-end energy-saving low-e insulating glass. With the rapid growth of international export business, the products are exported to all over the world in batches, and have entered the modern production stage of high-end energy-saving glass, and become the advanced ranks of China's glass processing enterprises.

2013:

公司穩步發展，積極推廣節能建筑產品，專業生產高端節能LOW-E中空玻璃，塑造了良好品牌形象，先后榮獲《山東省著名商標》、《山東省名牌產品》、《濟南市企業技術中心》、《濟南市守合同重信用企業》稱號。同年公司引進國際先進水平的臺灣同昌可鋼雙銀、三銀LOW-E玻璃鋼化爐、奧地利李賽克全自動切割機，引進公司第二條瑞士百超全自動中空線，生產規模進一步擴大，業績進一步提升。

YaohuaGlass was given many honors by the gorvenment. In the same year, Shandong Yaohua Company introduced Tanwai Tongchang furance whicn can temper double silver and three silver low-e glass, Lisec automatic cutting machine and the second Bystronic automatic insulated glass production line.

2014:

公司品牌建設卓有成效，榮獲《中國加工玻璃三十強》、《國家高新技術企業》、《山東省守合司重信用企業》榮譽稱號。同年公司引進杭州精工超長超寬13米*3.3米鋼化爐，富爾公司超長超寬15米*3.5米夾層線，成為國內超長超寬超厚玻璃專業制造商。2014年公司出口貨柜近千個，成為中國最大的建筑玻璃出口基地之一。

Yaohua Glass was awarded the title of China processed glass top 30 In the same year, the company introduced jumbo size tempering furnace for 15m *3.5 m and sandwich line for 15*3m. In 2014, Yaohua Glass exported nearly one thousand containers.

2016:

公司連續三年榮獲《中國加工玻璃三十強》榮譽稱號。公司13米超長超寬超厚鋼化、夾層、中空玻璃的高端產品，成為山東耀華玻璃系列產品中的明星產品。同年公司出口貨柜上千個，成為中國最大的建筑玻璃出口基地之一。同時，公司30余載深厚的家文化歷史積淀，成為了玻璃深加工行業“家文化”的倡導者。

Yaohua Glass has been awarded the title of  China processed glass top 30" for 3 years and keeps the international status of one of Chinese largest export base of building glass by exporting thoud-sands of containers. At present, the company has become one of the largest building glass production base in the north China, and is in the leading position of jumbo size construction glass market.

2018:

為順應新發展需要和工業4.0時代的發展趨勢，公司總部搬遷至濟南臨港國際智能制造產業園，占地80畝，生產和辦公場所5萬平米，其中智能工廠3.1萬平米，引進世界先進的李賽克（LiSEC）玻璃深加工智能化連線生產系統，極大地促進生產自動化的提升。公司進入了智能化生產的嶄新時期。

The company's head-quarters will be rel-ocated to jinan lingang international intelligent manufacturing industrial park. Comply with the third information wave and the development trend of industry 4.0 era, carry out technical transformation on the existing equipment, introduce the intelligent storage production line of lisec, promote the automation of production, and enter the period of intelligent production.

2020:

在國家新舊動能轉換政策指導下，順應信息化、智能化發展趨勢，建設“智慧工廠”，升級智能倉儲、智能包裝、智能品質管控，加強追溯管理，縮短產品成型的轉化時間，提高產品品質，為社會提供綠色、節能、環保優質玻璃。
